Umm, det er altid godt &#x1f60d;<\/p>\n<p>I dag f\u00e5r I min opskrift p\u00e5 m\u00f8rk chokoladeganache med pebermynte. Det er lidt utraditionelt, da pebermynte ofte er i fondant (som AfterEight)<\/p>\n<p>St\u00f8b ganachen i enten m\u00e6lke- eller m\u00f8rk chokolade.<\/p>\n<p>OBS: Dette indl\u00e6g indeholder affiliate links, der giver mig kommission, hvis du k\u00f8ber noget. Hvis&nbsp; du k\u00f8ber noget gennem et affiliate link, st\u00f8tter du mit side uden at det koster dig noget.<\/p>\n<p>Med udgangspunkt i min basisopskrift tils\u00e6tter jeg pebermynteolie efter smag &#8211; pas p\u00e5, det bliver hurtigt st\u00e6rkt.<\/p>\n<p>Jeg bruger olie fra Urteg\u00e5rden, da jeg synes den smager bedst, men brug den du kan komme i n\u00e6rheden af.<br \/>\nMin opskrift:<\/p>\n<p>80 ml fl\u00f8de<br \/>\n15 g. glukosesirup<br \/>\n15 g. bl\u00f8dt sm\u00f8r<br \/>\n100 g. hakket m\u00f8rk chokolade (ca. 60 %)<br \/>\nPebermynteolie, ca. 2 ml.<\/p>\n<p>Fl\u00f8de opvarmes med glukosesirup til kogepunktet, og h\u00e6ldes derefter over den hakkede chokolade.<br \/>\nR\u00f8r med cirkul\u00e6rer bev\u00e6gelser i midten af sk\u00e5len, indtil du kan se ganachen begynder at samle sig. Herefter g\u00f8r du cirkelbev\u00e6gelsen st\u00f8rre, s\u00e5 du f\u00e5r hele sk\u00e5len r\u00f8rt sammen.<br \/>\nTils\u00e6t herefter sm\u00f8rret og r\u00f8r igen massen homogen.
